Group runs:
The Grove Park club meets every Tuesday at 6:00 pm rain or shine. All are welcome. People run or walk 3-6 miles usually. All are welcome. You can join the club but you don’t have to join. All paces.
Mondays: Dewey Beer Company pub run at 6:00 pm (Dewey Beach) Free Parking.
Wednesdays 6pm: See what happens in the spring in their new location. Stay tuned.

*If you are attending a long run course for the first time, contact Margaret at rabbitsrun@verizon.net prior to attending. Occasionally all area runners are involved in local races and no one may be available to put water on the long run course or to lead the run.
