Join Us for a Run

Group runs:

The Grove Park club meets every Tuesday at 6:00 pm rain or shine. All are welcome. People run or walk 3-6 miles usually. All are welcome. You can join the club but you don’t have to join. All paces.

Mondays: Dewey Beer Company pub run at 6:00 pm (Dewey Beach) Free Parking.

Sundays 4PM Revelation Brewing in West Rehoboth. 3 mile fun run or 1 mile walk. 10% discount for those who participate in the run or walk.

Long Runs 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Usually 8-10 miles. Some people may run longer. All paces. All are welcome.

March 2nd : Cape Henlopen State Park, parking at Herring Point (water at state park
entrance)

around acres, out bottom of Tidewaters to Ocean Dr. to Henlopen Ave. (water at
