Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11-6
Sunday 12noon-5pm

Pancake Run: Sunday January 22nd at 9:00am. Group run-all different paces and distances. We'll run onto the trail and then turn around for pancakes. Free. All are welcome. Enter to win a $100 gift certificate to Rehoboth Beach Running co. RSVP to mbevans314@gmail.com.
This will replace the group run for the weekend. No run from the Elementary school on the 22nd.

Stop in for a gait analysis. We videotape customers on a treadmill to help to get the best possible shoe for each person. The fee is no charge for this service.
